Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "

"Only down side was lack of AC which in the summer heat was a little to warm inside the rooms. With that beinG said I was able to open the window to allow the breeze inside but there was a noisy street and restaurant below."
