This hotel has all you would expect from a Mercure. Location-wise, it is a 5 mins drive / 15 mins walk from the city centre, and the start of the cafes (recommend Kafé Kanggui), coffee shops & shopping area that begins on Rue Louis Pasteur and runs up Rue Jean Jaurès. "Pleasant small (cute) hotel. Great view (we had a view over the port). Perfect location. Friendly staff. Desk closes at 8pm but 24/7 coffee available at front desk. Musty smell from our bathroom but otherwise nice facilities, clean, and comfortable."
