Our route to the hotel, which is perhaps 200 metres from the central square, was barred by ongoing work to pedestrianise the area immediately adjacent to the hotel. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠"
