"Parking was easy, ac didn’t work room was hot. Witnessed a family that was leaving also had requested a fan so it seems like a common issue. Stains on the sheets and bathtub. Pillows were flat. Would not recommend"

"I was annoyed that our vehicle was just over 6 feet so we could not park it in the parade. We were told that overflow was full so we would have to park at a random Indigo lot in downtown Calgary. Obviously it cost more and we had a more distant walk for our parking. I worried about whether the vehicle would still be there in the morning. "

"The room was very clean. Staff very friendly and large variety for breakfast. Lots room to park and very close to mall. Did not check out pool or hot tub"

"Room was clean and bed was made every day as well as towels being changed. Breakfast was better than expected. The only negative I have to say is that check in was stated to be at 4pm and the room was still not ready by that time which left us uncomfortable after a long day of travel."

"Hotel central AC was turned off, we were sweating the room. I was offered a different room on the assumption that the air would work there, just to find out from the maintenance guy that the whole thing was turned off and they were not allowed by management or owner to turn it on. Front desk offered a fan and said that if I opened the window it should be OK. Hotel is advertised with AC in the rooms, if they are not going to turn it on you should be adviced before making a reservation. Just like when a pool is closed for renovations for example. "

"Very poor experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being booked as non-smoking, and it was not clean, including the bathroom. I raised the issue immediately, but staff did not offer another room and refused a refund. I had to check out right away. Would not recommend."
