"we stayed at the 7th floor. it was great except at late nights we can vividly hear people walking and talking and when kids run from the elevator to their rooms. the pool opens late and its great and everything but its inconvenient when people needs to sleep and we can hear so much noises even at past midnight. maybe the hotel needs to do something about making the rooms a bit more soundproof."

"Everything was great, the only thing that didn’t measure up to previous hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range / quality were the towels. The towels were very small and there were only 2 in the room. I definitely could have asked for more towels though and I’m sure they would have accommodated I just didn’t get around to it."

"Nice modern rooms. Parking in the area is hit and miss. We appreciate that the rooms are laregely scent free, as many hotels are overwhelmingly scenty. Unfortunately, cant say the same for the lobby area."

"Love how close it is to the trans Canada highway and to a nearby mall and amenities lots of great restaurants nearby. Did appreciate Tower a more than tower B. We stayed there two times over the past couple of weeks. Staff were super friendly and helpful and assisted when I left my cell phone in the room after checkout also, they were willing to freeze our ice pack to keep our fridge stuff cool while travelling onto the next town. We definitely stay there again."

"Pool and hot tub are amazing, waterslide is very fast and fun to ride, room was big and clean, jet tub in room was awesome, parking was smooth and easy lots of parking available. staff are very pleasant professional and helpful breakfast is great although breakfast only goes till 10am would be nice to go to 11 like most breakfasts do definitely a great hotel and awesome atmosphere"

"My experience here was mixed, I had travelled alone with lots of luggage as I was moving. The check in counter being on the seconds floor was challenging seeing as you needed a room key to operate the elevator and with 3 huge suitcases I wasn’t about to use the elevator. I was told there was complimentary popcorn and there actually was non and there was also no room service or hotel restaurant. I wasn’t able to find good easy meal options that were available nearby… I did eat at a Mexican bar...

"Old hotel but well maintained."

"Location is good. The owners are friendly and helpful. Gorgeous flowers on the backyard if you have the time to sit down and enjoy. You can have complementary coffee and tea. But you need to keep in mind that there are other people and you won't have privacy. We were in the basement we can hear laud and clear as people walk upstairs on the wood floor. We could hear people talking."
