"This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! "

"Limited breakfast selections. Wished there had been some protein choices for people watching what they were eating. The staff was very nice and the bathroom was recently remodeled and nice and clean. Our car was parked right outside our door and area felt safe. This location is very close to the ARK Encounter, but there aren’t many places to eat at. You’d need to drive into Dry Ridge to find other places. However the food at the Mexican restaurant right next door was very good."

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. I went inside and asked the desk clerk that was there if the you kid worked there and ha to that he did indeed, that is when the kid came out an was limping as if his leg had just been reattached. My complaints fell on deaf ears and after the first night there I understood why, most of the staff lived on site. I cannot stay away loud enough."
