"I was told as soon as I arrived that it was ok to park in front of the hotel. I come out 12 hours later to check out and my car was broken into and my passports stolen. The cameras only face about 2 parking spots. The guy working said he heard the alarm sound 15 minutes before I came out but didn’t think to call the cops or try anything to get the thief out of the car. The hotel was decent but my experience was horrible."

Thought we would give the room service team a chance to rectify, I.e using common sense when they come to clean the room. But no chairs where put in the room, and didn't get hand soap until the final night. We used shower soap until then. I understand they are working to a time scale and the job is not easy. But there should be a system in place for them to inform house keeping management. However, it must...
