"Das Hotel liegt 100m vom Strand entfernt, was zu tollen Strandspaziergängen einlädt. Ausserdem ist es gut gelegen, um Ausflüge nach Haarlem oder Amsterdam zu machen. Das Hotel selbst hat viel Licht und viel Schatten. Toll ist, dass man die Sauna für sich selbst bucht und man dort dann seine Privatsphäre hat. Auch hatten wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer mit Blick über den Hafen auf das Meer, was toll war. Die renovierten Zimmer sind funktional und nett eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Das Personal ist...

"Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that"

"Nice location right on the Quay, and 5 mins from the old town & port. We asked to drop luggage off before checking in (ferry arrived at 1000), but the staff went above and beyond and had our room ready early. That was a really nice touch. The bus stop is 2 mins walk, and from there it is very easy to connect to Amsterdam, Haarlem & anywhere else you can think of."

"Exceptionally good hotel - wonderful comfortable room. Loved the decor. Friendly staff and the restaurant is to die for. The six course taster meal was one of the best meals I had in my life. Breakfast was perfect - I did not want a full breakfast annd they had the option of a lighter breakfast at a cheaper price. Perfect. Excellent location and highly recommended."

"This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. "

"Convenient stopover for our bike trek with five of us. Unique and a little tired decor at this former motel but the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and we were able to securely store our bikes inside. Nice breakfast. "
