"Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya.
Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki."

"Great location within town. Bedding was comfortable. A small inconvenience at the toilet as there were no soap holders. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, much could be improved. Otherwise I had a great time "

"Notre chambre n’était pas propre, pas grand chose à proximité. On a pas osé manger a l’hôtel au vu de l´état de notre chambre. Le personnel est sympathique, comme tous les indonésiens. La piscine est gelée, rien n’est tenu en état. Déplorable. A éviter. "
