"We had a beautiful room with the tower just off our balcony. The room and bathroom were bigger than we had expected. It was close enough to walk our luggage to the train station and also walk into the centre of town. A very nice stay."

Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood. We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming. "

"Wonderful location with views of the cathedral. Insufficient desk coverage - most of the time no one staffed the front desk. If needing help guests had to call staff. Only bath towels were available. There was no hair dryer available. Did not purchase breakfast. Would not recommend this to friends and would not stay again if we visited Rouen."

"It is difficult to find somewhere to eat as a lot of restaurants etc have closed down There is parking at the hotel on a first come basis after that parking around the hotel is very limited "

"The hotel room is exact setting like the room I had in ibis style, but this room is much higher. The parking entrance is very narrow. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it. I first got the password for the main gate, then I drove around the car park and couldn't figure out which parking slots were available, as they all seemed to be blocked by barriers. My friend had to ask the staff again, and...

"Room was clean but spartan. If you are only interested in a place to sleep it is great. We had the breakfast… slightly overpriced but very nice yogurt, coffee (hot chocolate) bread/ croissant with jam and delicious Normandie butter! Worth in in my book! "
