The staff at Bay Gardens truly goes above and beyond to look after their guests while keeping the properties looking sharp. It has become our genuine home away from home, and we find ourselves returning time and time again.
One of the standout features is the access to beach amenities available to all guests—it makes the experience so seamless and enjoyable. We want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for their incredible hospitality, including:

"Bay Gardens inn is a very nice place and the area is perfect, the only thing that’s needed is some upgrade to the rooms. I’ve been traveling to St. Lucia for years now and have stayed there many times. The shower needs an upgrade, the face basin needs and upgrade. The tiles needs and upgrade the toilets need and upgrade.
I think they need to take off the shower tub and just have walking showers which would make it so much better for one with a wheelchair. Other than that Bay gardens in is a very good choice and the buffet breakfast is very very very good. The service from the staff is priceless. They have excellent teamwork and I will be back again."

"The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. Dishes, beer bottles and other trash was place in the service area which was across from our room. The dishes stayed there for days without being collected. For the amount of money spent I would have thought the housekeeping would have been better.
