"We have pleased our accomodation in general. Hotel has a beautiful design which suits it's name. Quite comfortable rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to receptionist who made our check in 10 July night shift and helped us about broken coffee machine. Hotel says they give travel card for public transport and provide free access to swimming pool in Olten. (We didn't use them no comment about it) Negatives: Breakfast is not diverse enough. Coffee machines needs maintenance and cleaning....

What a cute little inn with the BEST most friendly staff, great breakfast and the best part - the playgrounds for the kids - indoor and outdoors! The train stop into town is literally a 3 min walk away and there’s a grocery store 1 min away which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend booking Chärnsmatt if you’re visiting the Luzern area! "

"Nice and calm, selfcheckin was easy. No breakfast but bakery nearby, and coffee in the room. Fridge and cooler available, full kit hen and dishwasher. Nice restaurant in the same building"
