Guten Tag,
ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen.
Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen.

Ein echt schönes Hotel und nicht so überzogen wie manch andere. Fast alles vorhanden was man braucht, leider aber keine MiniBar im Zimmer. Dafür aber ein Kühlschrank im Flur inkl., Mikrowelle.<-- sehr gute Idee.Die Fitnessgeräte sind auch in einem relativ guten Zustand und kein Billigmüll wie es woanders gern der Fall ist mit Kettler oder so.Im Großen und Ganzen ein klasse Hotel und zu Empfehlen!!!

Schon bei der Ankunft die Frage, ob wir evtl. ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer wollen - sehr umsichtig! Dieses Zimmer beinhaltete zusätzlich eine kostenlose Minibar und das Upgrade wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch wurde uns einiges über den TV Großwallstadt und seine Trainingsstätte erzählt - sehr guter Service!

Perfektes Business-Hotel zu fairem Preis
Wir nutzen das Hotel für einen Messebesuch. Die Entfernung nach Frankfurt ist noch akzeptabel. Man man mit dem Auto oder Taxi bis zum nächsten S-Bahnanschluss fahren und dann auf die Bahn umsteigen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir werden das Hotel wieder buchen.
