"Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell."

"The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. "

"The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. The most concerning was my room was given to someone else and they tried entering at 2:45AM, which was pretty upsetting. Will not return, there are other properties in the area."

"I didn’t expect much due to peers staying here and having poor experiences, but I was still unfortunately disappointed. The room felt like it was holding up with Elmer’s Glue and scotch tape. Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. The sink faucet didn’t provide enough water to wash one’s hands, making hand sanitizer I keep in my care as my only option. As someone who’s allergic to dogs and smoke, having the room smell like both...

"We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant."

"Dinner: We ordered mushroom pasta and the cauliflower soup. I took three bites of the pasta and couldnt eat it. It was terrible. The soup was too oily. We had a guest so we didn't want to complain"
