"This property is exactly as others have described the building on the exterior looks to need some help but dont let that fool you, inside the rooms are prestine, the staff is super friendly, and the location is in prime walking of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Friendly reception as soon as you hit the valet area. Inside desk associate was super nice and checked us in swiftly. The elevators were extremely slow the entire visit (4 days). A hot tub would have been a pleasure after our long drive. None on property. Room was exceptional, clean and spacious. The breakfast was a delight."

"Unexpected $500 in additional charges for 3 nights notified at check in. Seems wrong. The staff is super nice and professional but actual amenities were non existent. Awful pillows. Head falls right through. Neither of us were able to get more than a couple hours sleep a night. Asked for replacements that’s just what they use though. WiFi super poor and their tv took 2-3 mins to load any content then would need to buffer constantly throughout. "
