"The staff was sooooooo nice from beginning to end. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a porridge or pre-made oatmeal available for my toddler otherwise we enjoyed the waffles. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Parking is super convenient and available"

This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. "This place is absolutely terrible! Roaches, ticks, and bugs were all over my bed. I have a service dog for PTSD, and they kicked us out because of it. They watched me load my belongings into a basket after basket, and the front desk just sat there smoking cigarettes and laughing as I placed my things on the concrete next to my truck. I can’t even begin to describe what I just went through. I don’t have enough space to write it all down, but I pray that their own family members or children never...

"We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom.
