En la página me indicaron un valor, e incluso decía valor total a cancelar en el hotel, pero en el hotel me cobraron otro, según ellos, el IVA. Es importante corregir esa inconsistencia.

La experiencia en el hotel fue excelente las habitaciones muy buenas y limpias y la atención muy buena también el único inconveniente fue el precio que en la aplicación aparece un precio con iva y todo incluido y en el hotel te cobran unos dichos seguros y cosas que al final salen por el mismo precio que si uno hiciera la reserva directamente no hay ningún descuento de la aplicación

This is not a five star hotel by any means but it was clean relatively quiet very helpful staff , the breakfast was good , the rooms were nice and cozy but make sure the air-conditioning works , my first room was a bit noisy so i changed rooms and got one that was nice and quiet, it is walking distance to just about everything , the security was also good i always felt safe during my stay, for the price as a foreigner it was awesome.

Desafortunadamente, este es el primer hotel en que al pagar mi reserva, me cobran un valor diferente al informado en la pagina web, si hay valores que deben incluir en la factura, pues que los informen y los incluyan en la reserva, en fin, reserve por $117.000 y me cobran $129.000 por unos seguros que SIEMPRE cobran, por que no los incluyeron en HOTELS???

En general la estancia en el hotel fue agradable, los cuartos limpios y ordenados, el personal que nos atendió fue muy atento y servicial. El hotel queda bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes, iglesias y comercio en general.
