Everything was wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive. Everything was extremely clean, which was really appreciated. My only complaint was. They were only willing to stock the in room coffee station once per stay.

Barceló Guadalajara
Slow draining bathtub that looks from the 90s. The shower head and the shower temp mixer need replacement, took a long time to get hot water. Restroom door was off hinge. The linens were stained. Looked like burnt marks. Definitely below par to other stays. Room 1031

Hotel Velvet Plaza
The property is clean and very convenient to Chapultepec which has lots of restaurants. Room smelled like cigarette upon arriving. Luckily, they were able to move us to another room. If you stay in the rooms facing the Main Street and you are a light sleeper, You might want to reconsider as you can ...
