"This location was extremely clean and every member of their staff was polite, patient (I speak very little Spanish), and helpful. The room I stayed in was huge compared to other rooms my friends were at in the same area and it was easy for me to get where I needed to be. I really enjoyed breakfast, talk about fine dining, and the spa was exactly what I needed. I'll be back for sure!"

"Everyone was extremely helpful. From both of the women at the front desk Karina and Isa, to both of the men that service the restaurant and do it all Ramon and Fernando. The lady that cooks Rocío was also excellent, great cook such yummy food 😋 and extremely friendly. I had my choice of being able to stay with my many friends and relatives in Guadalajara but I’m glad I was able to find this little gem.
