Breakfast was advertised to start at 7am and by 7:15 am the food had not been taken out yet. Kitchen lead lady was rude when I asked when food would be taken out. Since I had to leave at 7:15am in order to catch my flight on time I was not able to eat. Only some coffee to go. Very disappointed by this. Also, besides not having any wifi access while I stayed due to a network issue, I was woken up by noise outside my room coming from dining area. I then had to pick up all my belongings and ask to be moved to a different room. (Annoying) Doors are hollow and noise goes right in to the room. If anyone down the hall opened their room door the noise was very loud as that door closed. Worst experience at any hotel in over 30 years. I will note, in all fairness to the hotel that it was kept clean.

After a delay with my airline I found this hotel close to the airport. Shuttle was available to pick me up, and it dropped me off at the airport the next morning at 4 AM. Clean, spacious, food available, and the price was really good. You don’t go to Guadalajara to stay in a place this far from the center, but this is the perfect option if you need to stay close to the airport.

I reserved 2 rooms. 1 room for one person and another room with 2 queen beds for 4 people( I have 2 handicapped). I was given 3 rooms of which I only could use the one because I had to care for my handicapped. So I paid for3 rooms and used 2.

The hotel restaurant was dirty and understaffed even for the small group of people that were there. The parking- does not exist- literally parked my car in front of the hotel and had to tip the armed city police that was acting as the security guard.
