I have to say Isaiah may a great impression remembering me and my wife from out past visits . He greeted us with a warm welcome to the hotel while helping immediately to unload our luggage and bags for us to check in . I have to say regardless of us being long long time clients with Krystal . This hotel overall is great from start to finish . I have to say room was very clean like always . Alondra was very helpful too my helping book my ride to the airport. Thanks for the awesome stay and hospitality.

Didnt had a chance to enjoy the amenities due my itinerary. However the staff and restaurant attention was great! Specially the waiter captian in the mornings was always pending my baby had her fruits ready!

Great location in Colonia Americana, always felt safe and able to walk around the vicinity. Currency exchange is walking distance, just the next door building. There was always a parking space in the parking garage, and checking in and out was smooth. Our room was better than in pictures and service and staff were very helpful and friendly. we’ll definitely be staying here again if we’re in town.

Room was very clean, the staff did great work at helping my cousin get to the room in a wheelchair. However, I was a little bit disappointed at not having a refrigerator in the room. Other than that my stay was pretty much perfect.
