"The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. " The property was very nice overall. The main house featured 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and there was also a separate casita with its own bedroom and bathroom. While the rooms were comfortable and roomy, I didn’t love that the third bedroom was detached from the main house. The windows didn’t open, which made it harder to enjoy the surrounding nature — especially when monkeys were nearby. I appreciated that it was located in a gated community, which felt secure, but the 8-minute walk...

"Location is about 20–25 minutes from downtown. The space is cozy and suitable for a family of four, and the balcony is very nice. However, there was an ongoing odor in the room, and the bathroom had a strong smell, which affected our overall comfort. "
