"This was my second stay at this hotel and the experience was exceptional again! Friendly staff, VERY quiet, delicious food at the restaurant and cafe, immaculate grounds, and walkable. Valet parking was convenient, quick, and effortless. My only complaint was that we were not made aware that the pool would be closed for maintenance on our second day until the morning of. We were looking forward to spending time at the pool/rooftop, so if we had known on our first day that it was going to be...

"Excellent air conditioning (February) , perfect location in the center of the old town, very walkable everywhere, quiet room since did not face the street, very helpful staff. Solid centuries old building with thick walls and high ceilings. Great breakfast included. Would definitely stay again."

De la recepción súper amable y detallista con mi hijo, nos mostró instalaciones y nos llevó hasta nuestra habitación, el lugar es bastante acogedor pero sobre todo impecable en limpieza de entrada a salida. La alberca es pequeña pero climatizada y con un niño eso se agradece. La vista desde la terraza es insuperable. Único punto en desventaja fue el desayuno, no es rica la comida, sin embargo no opaca para nada la perfecta estancia que tuvimos! Lugar destacado sin duda para regresar...

Sus recepcionistas muy atentos y respetuosos, a la disposición de cualquier cosa. El personal que se encarga de la limpieza tmb muy amable, el desayuno bufette es un gran plus porque está delicioso! Sin duda alguna lo vuelvo a recomendar, es la primera vez que visitamos Guanajuato y nos vamos con muy buen...

"Staff is amazing! Rooms are spotless and a great central location to walk around the city. Food on site is amazing they offer discounts to its guest and a free drink at a local bar. If your checking out early make sure to inform staff so that your vehicle can be left at front of parking lot as the don’t have over night/early staff to move vehicles. Overall great! I have stayed 3 times at said location and family/friends have loved it. "
