"This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. "

"Un lugar muy céntrico, la vista increíble y el apartamento realmente en excelentes condiciones. NO hay acceso a la piscina aunque está en las amenidades que ofrecen, incluso no fue posible ni subir a la terraza porque los propietarios permanentes no lo permiten. No deberían de ponerlo como amenidad si no está disponible, resto todo perfecto."

"The hardest part was finding the place then getting in the door. Security Is obviously highly prioritised. The apartment was lovely, well stocked with everything you need to stay. Very clean and in good working order. Great balcony overlooking the surrounds and the lights at night were great"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. "

"Loved our stay in Quito. Edwin was an amazing host - picking us up late and dropping us back at the airport very early 5 days later. His apartment was perfect! "Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response."
