"NOTE: The hotel is no longer called Dongzhi but rather Green Tree Inn (I think it got bought and renovated by this chain in recent years) I just needed a place to stay overnight before catching an early morning flight from Baiyun Airport (Guangzhou's airport). "My wife and I stay here for 2 night.We like it. No free breakfast.Eating is little expensive. The shuttle schedule is limited. It runs every 2 hour from 10:10 am to 06:10PM from airport. (9:30 am to 5:30PM from hotel). You need to call hotel at least one hour before the schedule . If you are not booked in the hotel, you will be charged ~50RMB. The shuttle takes about 35 min each way. "

"Cheap is what this hotel is so don't expect much from your stay. Also would help if they had some staff that spoke a little English as well. would reccomend if you what somewhere cheap to stay otherwise find a better hotel."
