受付場所は、口コミで知っていても「本当にココ？」と不安になります。でも、受付の方は英語が通じるので全く問題ありません。部屋は綺麗でシャワーのお湯も日本人好みの熱さでした。 駅や食べ物屋さんに近く便利です。また利用したいとおまいます。

立地は最高ですが・・・・

とにかく立地は広州東駅の目の前で、周りには食事するところも多く最高なのですが、ホテルのフロントを見つけるのが難しかったです。ホテルの１Fの人に聞いても、近くにいる人に聞いても誰も知らないのです。現に迷っている人もいました。結論的にはフロントは奥のエレベーターで２２Fに上がりフロアの奥のほうにひっそりとあるのですが、予約時の案内に書いてもらえると良いと思います。 また、実際の部屋はというとマンションの一室をホテルが押さえているような感じで、部屋は広く冷蔵庫や洗濯機、電子レンジまでありましたが、壁は薄く隣の音が結構聞こえました。またバスタブがないのは想定内でしたが、シャワールームに扉がないのは驚きでしたし、トイレも洋式なのですが、ふたを上げたままにすることが出来ず、座って用を足すしかありませんでした。あと宿泊した部屋は２４階だったのですが、蚊のような虫のキーンという音が耳元に来て気になりました。（そういえば蚊取りマットが部屋にありました）価格的にそんなに安いホテルを予約したつもりはなかったので、立地だけで高かったのであれば、次回は別の場所に宿泊したいと思います。

It was nice but what is the point to have an appartement hotel with a kitchen but empty cupboard!! So there's not even one fork or knife, not pan, nothing to cook or eat!!!

Go for it, but read this first.

A serviced apartment is any day a good choice for a vegetarian traveling to China, because the kitchenette allows you at least some basic food. But while there was a microwave, and an induction cooker, there were no utensils and I ended up eating fries in McD all 3 days. Also, used to stay in hotels, I did not carry sugar/ coffee/ tea bags, and service apartment provides an electric kettle, but not the consumables. A ground glass partition separated the room and the toilet. And it wasn't opaque enough. A curtain that was supposed to overlap, was missing. We had to get news papers, and cello tape, and cover it. If you go thus prepared, it is a good place. On the plus side, it is right across the road from Inter-City train station and you save on cab and also time. Is surrounded by shops for daily needs, and a big store Po Park is also walking distance away.

Basic but clean

It's a bit rundown, but clean, and the check in staff are friendly. A basic hotel, but you get what you pay for. It's also directly opposite Guangdong East station so good if you need to stay near there.

我們一行五人訂了一間大床房和一間雙床房 雙床房有十多隻小蟑螂在走動，很噁心！只是入住時已經太夜，沒有要求換房。煮食水喉開關手柄也斷了，無法開關。 大床房很好，還有吊倚，大體也很整潔，只是洗手盤的水壓很弱，洗手盤也有漏水，隔音也很差。 我們知道接待處是在22樓，但沒有任何指示，比較難找到，而且大廈有2個電梯區，只有一組電梯可以到達接待處，我們都花了好些時間才找到。但接待員服務很好。

One of the best locations. 2 minute walk to Guangzhou East railway station which takes you directly to the airport and if you wish directly to Hong Kong. Many restaurants just a "stone throw away"

このホテルを見つけるのは確かに難しいです　建物は直ぐ見つける事が出来ます まず正面の高級ホテルの入り口から入り　その受付の左の通路に行く　2ヶ所めの エレベーターホールに　そのエレベーターで22階へ　降りて左　通路先が受付です アパートホテルです　場所は良し　香港へはホテルすぐ前の3号口から　左に切符売り場　またホテルの前に大衆食堂あり一軒は夜12時半までやっている

Great location but terrible rooms

The hotel is in pretty bad shape. Rooms are dirty but staff are really nice and patient. Lots of mold in the washroom and some with bad smells. Many rooms were hot and humid because air con was unserviceable. I changed room 4 times before settling with a room that was somewhat cleaner and had air con. Balcony rooms were a bit better because you can open the balcony door to take away the smells in the room. The location was really good, it's right across from the east railway station. Check in was a bit difficult because there's two separate hotels in the building. The check in for this hotel is on the 22 floor of the building behind The Vili hotel, took me awhile to find it. Staff were really nice and tried their best to find me a decent room for the night. I would only recommend this hotel for travelers who are on a really tight budget.

찾기가 너무 어려운 곳입니다.. 호텔스 닷컴에 나나탄 이름으로는 찾을 수 없는 던혀 다른 이름 이었습니다. 이 숙소의 이름은 VILI APARTMENT 이고 찾을수 없는 이상한 위치에 입구가 있는데 바로 22층에 접수카운터가 있으며 VILI International 호텔을 들어가서 찾아야 합니다.경험이 없는 사람은 절대 찾을 수 없는 상태로 안내가 도어 있으니 수정 바랍니다

โรงแรมนี้อยู่ตึกเดียวกับ vili international hotel แต่ห้องพักน่าจะเป็นลักษณะเหมือนซื้อห้องพักในพื้นที่ของตึก vili hotel แล้วนำมาปรับปรุงแล้วเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นของตัวเอง ก้องพักกว้างแต่ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้าให้ น้ำดื่มในห้องพักก็ไม่มีให้ ไม่มีประตูกันน้ำกระเด็นในส่วนของที่อาบน้ำ แต่ทำเลถือว่าสะดวกมากเพราะออกจากสนานีรถไฟ east railway station ทางออก B1 แล้วข้ามถนนก็ถึงตัวตึกของโรงแรมเลย ใกล้ 7-11 และ family mart และ มีห้างอยู่ใกล้ๆ สะดวกเรื่องการเดินทาง และเรื่องของกิน แต่ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาดและดูโทรม ต่างจากในรูปเยอะ ถ้าเน้นเรื่องเดินทางสะดวกถือว่าทำเลดีมาก แต่อย่าคาดหวังเรื่องความสะอาดเพราะบางห้องกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก แต่ยังดีที่เตียงนอนแล้วไม่คันตัว แนะนำสำหรับคนที่เดินทางมาถึงตอนดึกแล้วขี้เกียจเสียเวลาหาห้องพักแล้วกันครับ
