"An excellent stay at this hotel, it’s even nicer in person, the photos on hotels.com dont do this hotel justice. Our room was very spacious with big windows and nice views. Very good value for the price. The third floor lobby, restaurant and outdoor garden are also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 7 minute didi ride to universal studios. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza! "

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier."

Habe über paypall gezahlt aber als ich im Hotel angekommen bin wurde mir gesagt das es keine Buchung gibt. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und konnte nur Chinesisch sprechen. Sie waren wütend das wir nicht noch mal ein neues Zimmer gebucht haben (für mehr Geld) und wollten unsere Pässe behalten. Sie haben uns außerdem nicht mal telefonieren lassen um einen chinesischen Angehörigen anzurufen um das...
