"My stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience.
The hotel advertised that the rooms had air conditioning, but this was simply not true. In our first room, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the room temperature was 26.5°C, which was extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable. After repeatedly complaining from 3:00 PM onward, we were finally moved to another room around 10:30 PM. The second room’s air conditioning was also not functioning properly, but at least the temperature was around 23.5°C, making it somewhat more tolerable.
What made the situation even worse was the amount of time it took to address the problem. I normally go to sleep around 9:00 PM, so spending the entire evening dealing with room issues and not having a suitable room until 10:30 PM was particularly frustrating and exhausting for me.
The handling by the reception staff was disappointing throughout the entire process. They were unhelpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue promptly. At checkout, they were even serving guests who arrived after me before attending to my case, which was very frustrating and unprofessional.
On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The food was very good, and the waitstaff provided outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, which was the only highlight of the stay.
