Staff very helpful. Could be cleaner.

We arrived late at night about midnight by taxi from the airport. Security guard and desk attendant attentive but, no bottled water available for room at hotel or near by. We had reservations but no towels or soap in room. security guard went down the street and bought us a bottle of water and returned with towels. We had called from USA to tell them our flight was coming in at midnight and was told there was no problem with that. Anytime was fine with them. The neighborhood was not somewhere you could walk about in after nightfall so being prepared for travelers from afar should have been better planned. Day staff were very helpful.

The service in the Hotel is too poor, and the maintenance is not really good. The walls was dirty, they need to re paint or cleaner it. The towel look too old. The location is perfect and the people very nice.

The front desk clerk, Samuel, was very helpful. He was the only bright spot of the stay. Breakfast was minimal (only coffee, juice and a roll), the locaation is not safe, plus the hotel could use some updating.
