"The hotel is very well located and beautiful inside, with a pleasant atmosphere and nice design. However, my room was never cleaned during my stay, and the water heater didn’t seem to work properly, so I couldn’t get hot water.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great area, but the maintenance and housekeeping need improvement."

"From the moment that we got there, we appreciated the well air conditioned property and room. The staff was very kind and helpful with our questions because it was our first time. If you are a non-spanish speaker visiting, the staff speaks fluent English. The location is very centrally located and ubers weren’t expensive to travel to the beach, Old SJ, and even the airport. We look forward to staying here again!"

"Excellent hotel! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night before getting on our cruise. Great spot to stay if you wanna walk OSJ and be around some great spots to eat. Use the jacuzzi’s on the rooftop! My wife and I will absolutely be back again to stay for a bit longer next time."

"This hotel looks beautiful and luxurious from the outside, but our actual experience was extremely disappointing—especially considering the price. The shower was one of the biggest problems. Half of the shower door was missing, and when I complained, I was told it was a “deliberate design.” Regardless of the intention, it is poor design. Water gets all over the bathroom floor, creating an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous slipping hazard. Guests should not have to stand in one corner just...

"The place was just as Described. Staff was nice, the Hotel was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient. The only thing, the hotel parking was incredibly expensive."
