"The view was good. Very few choices in Anacortes for water views. But the property is nice. The rooms are old and badly need to be updated. I do not consider my self to be a snob, but whoever rated these as wonderful on Expedia has a completely different definition of wonderful than most. The rooms are furnished by Walmart. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The breakfast was a very sad disappointment."

"Good location for freeway and multiple eateries. Despite advertising 'soundproofed rooms'. They were not. Easy fixes were not done. I.E. Paint splatters not removed from fronbedroom. Upholstery backing of bedroom chair needed attention as well as refinish. Breakfast was minimal. Good snack. An OK hotel, with decent staff."

"Very pleasant owner, she checked me in, and conveniently helped me extend my stay so I didn't have to move to another hotel. They're slowly making improvements on the place and I appreciate that because what's not awesome now, is definitely going to be improved on later. I knocked off a star because of a few ants in the bathroom and also because there was no AC, only fans and 2 built-in heaters. The fans they had were sufficient though, because the room stays pretty cool, unless you have all...

"Off the busy road in Anacortes, so it was quiet. We were going to arrive late and they waited for us so they could give us the key. This was very helpful. I liked staying there. It was my second time."
