"The staff was rude, no stopper in the tub, stopper in the sink was broken, ice box wasn’t cooling, pool was so green, no breakfast was done an that was part of the stay , had to bring dirty towels to get clean ones, my fiancé had bed bug bites all on his back, the elevator gave problems with the door, every blanket I was given had burn holes in it & the keys kept locking so I had to go get them reset many times"

"I made a reservation but accidentally selected the wrong date, so I canceled it. I paid $154.84 and was only refunded $79.34 — they kept the rest. I even made another reservation with them for the correct date, and they still kept almost half of what I originally paid. Be very careful when booking with this company."

"To say i had smoking room you couldn't even tell because it was so fresh, clean, and cozy."

"Room was bad, they have serious plumbing problems nothing drains nor the shower or sink. Horrible sewage smell in the room. No microwave. The only good thing is the cable. They do have good channels. But unfortunately the remote to the TV wasn’t working properly. In my opinion. They need to invest a little bit and getting the Place to look a little better, but I honestly don’t think I’ll stay there again. ."

So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back "
