"Wonderful location, beautiful views on the lake, mountains and castle. I loved being able to walk down the lake each morning for a swim, using the hotel's access and facilities (dressing room, toilet) right on the lakeside. "

When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...
