This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!

Reconsider if you can
It was underwhelming. Front desk/office was superb but everyone else needs retraining. Morning team at the restaurant (Breakfast team) need retraining. Very rude when they demanded our room number as we were serving ourselves breakfast and then he realized it was part of the room. Wouldn’t offer us coffee or tea as we watched him serve others. He was very attentive and had a sense of urgency with selective people. Maybe diversity training is required. Thai restaurant only serves two times and then closes. Spa close at 6pm~ no pool unless you book spa appt. No rooftop availability unless you book a certain room type. Actually surprised Fine Hotels & Resorts recognizes this hotel as a four star hotel as it is NOT a four star hotel. However overall it is clean and the food at the bar is ok. Bar team is friendly too.

We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Nossa acomodação era com vista para a montanha Stock Horn, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Durante a semana em que passamos lá o tempo não ajudou. Usamos pouco o spa mas também nos pareceu bem interessante. O preço das massagens é alto.

Das Deltapark Vitalresort ist ein schönes Ferienresort mit SPA und direktem Zugang zum Thunersee. Die Stadt Thun ist in ein paar Minuten praktisch mit der Buslinie 1 erreichbar.

Great hotel on the Thunersee
Very nice and quiet hotel. Extremely clean, great salted indoor pool and nice spa area.
The food is of very good quality and the personnel is friendly.
We will go back there for sure.
