"Not bad, not great.
The room was a bit dirty at my arrival but not overly.
The balcony is not a balcony. Just an extra space in the room with big windows facing apartments. There should be another layer of curtains (sheer ones), so you can let the sunlight in and have privacy.
No room service. No big deal as I’m a tidy person but I was surprised."

"The purple turtle pub outside our room made an incredible racket until all hours of the morning every night.
As we used the location as a hub to drive from, it was very conveniently located, though the on site parking very tricky, given the requirement for a bus lane permit. Unfortunately costing us one fine before getting right.
The hosts were lovely and the rooms well presented."

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then.
On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches.
The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in.
The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...
