"It was a Big surprise when we pulled up in front of the property! This was a 17th Century “Casa” which is still owned by the members of the founding family. It was like entering a museum. There were original portraits of the family going back 4-5?generations. Original furniture. The hostess was very kind and the breakfasts were delicious with fruit, cheese, meat, fresh fruit, local artisan baked goods 2 kinds of juice , coffee and teas. Could not have asked for more! Would highly recommend this...

The location is within walking distance of the castle, shopping and also very good restaurants. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant. We ate there and it is excellent."
