"The location is excellent, right in old town and walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful, great bar for drinks and helpful bartender for directions. But for the price, I was expecting the room to be more comfortable.. the mattresses were dated, the room was stuffy and we only had a small window to get fresh air with no room temperature control. Curtains were not functional with 24hr daylight we could not get them to close all the way. Bathroom was in need of renovation....

"The views of the harbor from this hotel is amazing, especially from the Skytop bar. Excellent location across from the Harpa Concert hall and bus stop 5 and just a few minutes walk to bus stop 6 where many tours pick up from. Restaurants and stores are a short walk as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many offerings. As a return customer, we were welcomed with a sweet treat and given passes for the jacuzzi. Overall a very nice experience."

"Great location and walking distance to all the downtown sights. The room was very well appointed, loved the 3 step skincare as an extra touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a few downsides like the noise coming from construction next door and the in-room refrigerator is actually more of just a cooling drawer so doesn't hold much. Overall a great stay though and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!"

"The room is clean and the location in center city is awesome. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but I think it is nice. I looked at the set-up. There is no parking closed by so we walked to park in a P3 location in order to have it cheap. The TV was not working in the room when we arrived, it worked on the next day. It can be very hot in the room and despite opening a window, not much to do there."
