"Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. "We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend."
