"The air cuts off every time you leave the room and also while you are asleep. Had roaches in the bathroom. Pool was nice."

"There was trash under the bed from previous guests. The a/c was broken when we arrived. It wasn’t fixed until day 2 of our stay. The tv didn’t work and even though we reported it to the front desk, it was never fixed or replaced. The mattresses were absolutely horrible to sleep on because of the dips and lumps. The place seems outdated and dirty. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and view of the beach. "

"The staff at the Tidewater are absolutely fantastic. We had an issue upon arrival and they were very helpful and friendly. I wish I could say the same about the people I booked through but I can’t. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. We had fantastic weather and great food at all the local restaurants. We love the Tidewater Beach Resort and will definitely come back again. Thanks!!!!"

"Did not like the fact that I was chewed out by housekeeping for checking my code for the room early. I was instructed by check in desk to go up and see if my code worked yet, when i did the rudest good for nothing housekeeper yelled and chewed me out infront of my guest. She said no one would of told us that. Went back to check in desk and advised her of her mistake. Then i was supposed to of been notified when my room was ready but they said they had been trying to call me for 3 hours to tell me it was ready, figured out real quick they had been dialing the wrong number even tho they had reached out to me just hours earlier to collect parking fees. They had the correct number then 😆 so in return they had cancelled my entry code and had to start all over. So to summarize i give 👎 👎 👎 to the staff"

"Everything was very nice. We arrived, the rep at the crosswalk was great! I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she made us feel very at ease, she was so helpful!. The texts we got had a lot of info that we needed. Thanks so much for a great getaway!"
