"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.

"The people working at the hotel Ladonia Delnara are very friendly, good welcome by manager Mustafa who shows me couple of room and i choose the one i like, the room was spacious and it was in suite
It was clean
There was strain on the mattress protector so they changed everything for me including bed sheeth, I have asked for soft pillow and soft pillow provided., it was all inclusive.
Lovely beach within the hotel nice park good deserts abd the food was good.
Maybe some mild renovation would be helpful as all the pictures are the same in the courtyards..etc...
What matter the most is the friendly staff who were very helpful...
