"I booked Deluxe king room online but I was given twin bed room without any concession . When I asked they said they don't have any other room available. It is not how it's shown in picture online. The floor, bed , AC was run down, sheets, towels had stains. It was terrible dusty overall. The room was unclean We would like to get refund or least some money back.
