"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We had an issue with our rooms during check-in, but the manager Gökhan resolved everything the next day. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how professionally the situation was handled. Once that was taken care of, we had a fantastic vacation. The resort is beautiful, with plenty of sports and activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was fun, the food was good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!"

"If you have any doubts about where to stay in Bodrum, look no further — this hotel is the answer! Manzara gave my friend and me one of the most unforgettable travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and excellent food that made every meal a pleasure. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff, to whom I am incredibly grateful. Everyone goes above and beyond in everything they do. The attention to detail is outstanding, the rooms are spotless, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Most of all, the warmth, care, and genuine friendliness shown to every guest make you feel truly welcome and valued. It’s rare to find a place that combines such beauty, comfort, and hospitality so perfectly. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum. We will be back!!"

"The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"

"This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing."

"Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team. A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant, his dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. From that moment on, everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and all facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and beautiful pier beachfront. The hotel's location is ideal, close enough to Bodrum town centre, the marina, shops, and Bodrum Castle, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. What we loved most was the hotel's size. It offers all the facilities you need while maintaining an intimate, personalised feel. What began as a concern quickly became a memorable holiday experience. Thank you to Eren and the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum."
