"Wir wurden sehr kulant auf das Hotel am Stadthaus in Neuenburg umgebucht. Von dort sind zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal und Frühstück top. Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund zwei unterschiedlich hoher Matratzen. "

"We were really positively surprised with the hotel. We booked it randomly shortly before our stay and the price was quite reasonable for us (family of 5). We didn't expect much since we simply needed a base near Colmar. Quite family friendly, perfectly located (15 min by bike to Colmar), but nicely isolated from the tourist crowds. Perfect place to stay with family and to explore surroundings."

"Chambre propre,lit refait pendant notre séjour et serviettes changées.
Petit déjeuner à volonté, produits frais.
Par contre, attente de 20 minutes pour pouvoir déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petite, file d'attente dans le couloir!
Quand enfin nous avons pû nous assoire pour petit déjeuner, il a fallut nous dépècher car les autres clients nous regardaient, impatients,c'était désagréable!!
Mauvais souvenir!!"

"Das Hotel in einem alten Gebäude ist sehr stylish und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr funktionell - Dusche und Toilette waren abgetrennt. Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer. Alles sehr schön. An Anemities gab es nur ein gemeinsames Dusch/Shampoon auf ökologischer Basis, keinen Conditioner.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Kaffee kommt aus einer Siebträgermaschine mit köstlicher Bohne.
Der Service auch bei Wein und Cremant am Abend sehr freundlich.
Ich würde das Hotel wiederbuchen und...
