"This place was NOTHING as described in listing. Building appeared to be under construction-at least I hope it was as it was missing part of the roof and front doors. Linens on bed were dirty and towels had actual holes in them. Large holes. They also felt like sandpaper which I can only hope that it was because they were hand washed and air dried. Hopefully they were washed. The rug in one of the rooms looked like it came out of a horse stable, it was filthy. Absolutely no plates, cups or...

"We were quite pleased with our accommodations at the Cotton House! The room was clean, and having a fridge with bottled water was a treat after a long warm day on the road. Breakfast was wonderfully ample for my vegetarian family. We even got to purchase kilim rugs! We will certainly be back for a longer stay next time!"

"Lovely hotel! Just back from the main part of Pamukkale so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are very large and spacious and very clean! Beds are very comfortable and there’s a large shower. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast for us that exceeded our expectations. The owners are very kind and happy to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Dışardaki sıcak termalin üst tarafı küçük bir alan ,en fazla 6-7 kişi aynı anda bulunabilir. Alt taraf zaten pek kullanımlık değil sadece dekor amaçlı. İçerideki SPA bölümü yeterliydi ve kullanışlıydı.Dışardaki büyük havuz mevsimden dolayı kullanamadık ama yaz döneminde güzel olabilir. Maalesef bulunduğumuz dönemde konaklayan misafir sayısı azdı ve personelde buna orantılı olarak oldukça yetersiz sayıda idi.Oda servisleri ,dış alandaki temizlik ve bakım eksikti. "Bed not made, sheets/blankets didn't fit the bed. Shower head broken, hand-held shower only. Nothing to make hot drinks, and no cups or glasses to drink out of. Have stayed at 100's of hotels, but this is the first to say no eating or drinking in the room. Bathroom as dark as a cave. Towels coarse enough to sand your skin off. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else "
