"Mangia’s have most things in place to receive 90%+ from every visitor but This is not Four Seasons, it’s mid range FYI. PROS: The location is stunning. The beach is fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area is great. The staff are very friendly, polite and in most cases speak good English, a basic criteria in any European hospitality business. The facilities and leisure options are also very good; Tennis, paddle, basketball, football, kayaking, it’s all there if you want to use it....

"Fantastic hotel overlooking Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands. Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. They have there own umbrellas and chairs by the beach. There’s also a snack bar and boat hire place on the beach. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back. "

"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. "This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. "

"Our visit to Sardinia was very pleasant and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel was nice Adeel was at the reception desk and the way he greeted us and shared the information was very pleasant and friendly After a long drive from Olbia airport to Palau our accommodation was quite lovely as we were able to check in fast and easy fashion The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the beach and the port of Palau The convenient location was a great spot for walking to the city center for shopping and dining. Also to enjoy the free beaches and to get to the ferry and enjoy the activities!!!!"

"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
