Khách sạn Guri

"After coming from a similar accommodation in Busan, this one was a downgrade for basically the same price: the room was way smaller and the equipment provided was basic: there were no glasses at all, one large plate and two small ones only, no daily towel service. "No response, no customer service."

"Shop nearby"

"The room was dilapidated with furniture such as the sofa past its lifespan, black fungus visible in shower edges and cracks in walls. Stsyed three nights, two of them my room missed turndown service. I notified staff the first day but all I was told is a series of meaningless apologies instead of offering a cleaner room for me to rest comfortably. The location is sentimental to me as I grew up nearby as a child, but the property is in serious need for upkeep and renovation."
