"This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria! The amenities are great! The rooms are gorgeous! The buffet for dinner & breakfast is the best ever! The staff is very nice! I will definitely return!!!!! Love this hotel!"

"Very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is very high class. Staff smiling and very helpful. Rooms are ok but coffee should be complimenrary in the room"
