What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. "The room we stayed was really good. It was big and I loved the bathroom. The room and the bathroom both were really clean and beautiful. It was a self check-in and I had problem with check-in. It was in German language and I had trouble finding the English version. Luckily a fellow German guest helped me to check-in German."

"This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
