"First impressions on entry to hotel are very poor. Not what we were expecting. The hotel rooms are in urgent need of repairs. The smell of damp is apparent on entry to hallways and rooms. The furniture in the rooms is stained and not to standard. The gutter outlets in the bathrooms release sewage smells. Clearly they are not protected by one way outlet system. The staff are professional, but are let down by the condition of the overall property. Didn’t eat anything there so can’t comment on food. We booked the hotel due to the swimming pool. Didn’t use it due to its unattractive visual appearance and surroundings. This is a 3 star hotel at best, needs updating and we shall not be staying here again. "

We were working during our stay, and the internet connection was reliable. Staff The staff was amazing: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Food Breakfast was excellent. It’s an Indian buffet, but we were also able to order additional items to avoid spicy food in the morning, which was a big plus. The hotel is just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the Golden Temple, which was perfect for us. We highly recommend this place!"
