"Merkeze 15 dk kadar uzak mesafedeki sözde 5 yıldızlı otelde odamız temiz değildi, yerlerde bir fıstıklar aynadalar kirli yerler tozlu en kötüsü duşta su gitmiyor küçük bir havuz oluşturacak kadar gider problemi vardı, Kahve ünitesindeki kahvelerin kalite düşüklüğü hatta el sabunu başta olmak üzere sıvıların dışındaki “marka” ile alakalı olmadığı nettir. Havluların eski Yemek alanının çeşit azlığı ve kirli toplama ünitelerinin rest içinde olması ve kuleler oluşturacak kadar personelin rahatsız olmayacak dağınıklıkta olması ise korkunc Havasız ve çok sesli yemek alanı da bir diğer haval kırıklığıdır Ek binaya geçiş koridorunda maruz kaldığınız manzara ise sosyal medya ofisi dışında kirli dağınık ve ne olduğu belli olmayan kapalı alanların rahatsız edici haline otel misafiri olarak maruz kalıyor olunduğu bu otel Bölgenin en iyi otellerinden biri kabul ediliyor üzücü. Otelin tek güzel yanı başka bir otelde görmediğim kötü bir uygulama olsa dahi çocuklar için resepsiyonda bir giriş alanı oluşturulmuş olması Onun dışında çocuklar yetişkinlerle birlikte kalmak zorunda bağır çağır ic ise sese maruz kalıyorsunuz başka bir çocuk uygulaması yok Berber dışında hiç bir dükkan açık değil Orası da zaten temiz değil… Geçmiş olsun asla tercih edilmeyecek bir yer listemize girmiştir ."

"I stayed at the hotel only to be able to catch a plane early in the morning, and it was convenient. I recommend you ask that you do not have a first floor room as I heard the front desk area noise through my walls and as I am not a smoke the smoke came under my door during the night and did not help me sleep. The room itself needed to be updated and there was peeling paint on the shower floor and a cigarette underneath the bed. There was no hot water cooler or refrigerator in the room, which is probably listed as such on the amenities, but I did not verify. This hotel would work as a value one night hotel, but not best for a longer term stay if you are vacationing. Staff was helpful when I needed help with my key."

"The staff were good, but the problem for me was the internet. It only worked in reception . I use a laptop for a lot of activity and l found myself having to run up and down three stories ."

"The hotel was surrounded in scaffolding being painted. I was not informed. It looked terrible with construction debris out front. The painter wss outside the bedroom windows both days. No information was given to me about this. The rooms were clean but very basic furnishings. The curtain did not close fully. A good two star hotel really. The receptionist (Murat, i think) on first night was super helpful and i needed a lot of his local insight to attend an event on time. I cant say enough about his kindness. The pre pictures were deceiving and an email regarding the scaffolding would have warned me. "

"They are selling rooms even the hotel is fully booked, we went there at midnight and they didn’t give us any room even we paid it fully from Expedia. I am still trying to get my money because it’s was non refundable so I lost my money and didn’t even stay there. I am really pissed off what happened. "
